The compact controller is a part of a controller series, which can be used universally and in different DIN formats to control temperature, pressure or flow. It is suitable for front installation. The controller is caracterized by simple, clearly structered operation supported by texts. Process value and parameter are shown on two 18 segment LCD displays. This version got individual display values for the switching positions of the outputs, manual mode, ramp function and timer. The controller also has autotuning function, a program controller, a limit value monitoring function and a service counter. With the setup program (includes program editor and ST editor) the controller can be configurated with the computer. It does not need a sperate power supply during the configaration at the USB interface (USB powered). The operation takes place on a membrane keyboardwith four keys and can also be used under harsh environmental influences because of the high protection type IP65. Depending on the hardware version the controller can be used as a two-state controller, 3-state controller, three-step controller or continuous controller. The PID controller got a universal input, two relay outputs, a digital input and a digital input and output. The voltage supply range is AC 110 to 240 V, 48 to 63 Hz.
